I recently stayed at a lovely small hotel in Hua Hin for my holiday. The hotel had everything I needed, including two nice bars with live bands next door. The music was not loud enough to disturb my sleep. It was also conveniently located near markets and a beautiful beach, offering plenty of activities for both families and couples. The hotel staff spoke good enough English and were very helpful throughout my trip. The design of the hotel was modern and the swimming pool was a great place to relax. I particularly enjoyed the view and privacy from my room on the second floor.
I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice and affordable restaurants nearby, incredible friendliness of staff, spacious rooms by the pool, huge pool with direct access from balconies, helpful night-shift staff, free shuttle bus to downtown.
Nothing to be said.

Good facilities with friendly and attentive staff. Also, very good breakfast with omelette cooked to order.
The location at the side of a main road is not really conducive to longer stays unless you only want to stay overnight and then spend the days sightseeing. Also, the location does require access to transport in order to get around, although the hotel provides a shuttle service

We had a great stay at this hotel. The pool was awesome, with salt water and long enough for a good swim. We also enjoyed the variety of breakfast and the kindness of the staff. Additionally, the location was very convenient for exploring attraction places such as Santorini Park and walking distance to great restaurants.
Hard to think of anything.

Room with direct pool access with Jacuzzi. Very very comfort king-size bed. Even though the bathroom is not big but it's enough.
Eventhough we check-in very late (around 4-5pm), unfortunately the room isn't finished yet that made us have to wait for a half hour. Moreover, our special requests on room far away from the restaurant area isn't achieve, eventhough the hotel already accept our request prior the check- in date 5 days. That's very disappointing and annoying us all the stay.

Hotel and room were nice
Although the hotel and room alocated was nice we asked them if they were able to give us an upgrade to a pool view room on the first floor as the hotel was only 50% occupancy. We were told yes, no problem but an extra 400 baht would be added. Fine, so we accepted and paid. When I went to the car and got our bags I was told the price had now changed to 3,300 baht, asked why it had changed within a matter of minutes, we were told that the extra was because we booked through Booked.net. The attitude of the staff and manager was terrible and our vacation was spoiled because of this. I would warn others to be careful of this place if they value their quality of hotel.

The hotel offered a lovely option of pool access rooms and a great pool. The private terrace/balcony for each room was a bonus. , the staff was professional and knowledgeable about the area.
The quality of the breakfast was lacking significantly. There was barely any selection and the items provided were often cold.

* Front desk staff is very helpful. My nephew had an accident and front desk staff helped to check with hospital whether there's 24Hrs. dental service.
* super cold water and leafs in the swimming pool

Great staff, clean & comfortable rooms (although a rug on the floor and some pictures on the wall would raise it to another level!).
Sound proofing in the rooms needs to be improved.

Loved the spacious and clean rooms, with free toiletries provided. the pool area was very peaceful and had a lovely atmosphere. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a few local restaurants.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as there wasn't much variety and some items were cold. the staff were polite but not very engaging and didn't offer much information about the hotel or area.

The pool area was very nice and the shuttle bus service was very good. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after the check out because our bus didn't leave til 10pm. Nice touch.
Breakfast wasn't to my liking. Personal thing.
